What gets deleted

• Your account and registered mobile number
• All credit analysis results and score history
• Bureau report data and action plan history
• Email address and subscription details
• Telegram bot link (if connected)
• All dispute letters and documents generated

What cannot be deleted

• Payment transaction records — retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations
